Trace Log

Your XIM MATRIX constantly monitors itself to keeps track of timing and device performance stats which are captured in a trace log.

Note

While troubleshooting problems, you may receive a request from XIM Staff for your trace log.

To capture a trace log to share, follow these steps:

  • Open XIM MATRIX Manager
  • On the dashboard, press the invisible button on the bottom right
  • While the trace log is open, reproduce the issue you are experiencing
  • Press the copy button
  • Paste the last ~30 lines in a reply to staff
