Manager Wireless Health
XIM MATRIX Manager frequently receives data from XIM MATRIX over Bluetooth to inform you about latest status of your XIM MATRIX and connected devices.
If Manager loses communication with XIM MATRIX you will see a reconnect screen appear as it tries to reestablish communication.
If you are having a problem with Manager disconnecting from XIM MATRIX, it could be that other devices are interfering with it.
Note
If you are running Manager on a desktop PC, please first verify your external antenna.
Start the Manager Wireless Health Monitor by:
- Load the Manager dashboard
- Press and hold the invisible button on the bottom left
- Continue to hold for 3 seconds
A wireless meter will display that can help troubleshoot Manager connectivity issues.
Under normal circumstances, the meter should display between 90 to 100%.
If you are frequently seeing it drop under 50% then there may be other wireless devices interfering. Try disabling other wireless devices around your XIM MATRIX (such as wireless headsets) and reconfiguring wireless mice to isolate and correct the problem.
